Our members are successfully navigating challenges involved in supporting marginalised groups in Afghanistan - from delivering education for women and girls to providing pro-bono legal aid, strengthening protections for LGBTIQ+ and other communities at risk of human rights violations, as well as investigate reporting and research. Their efforts help to ensure the safety and dignity of those enduring extreme discrimination, and to secure a brighter future for Afghanistan.

The Rahyab Initiative builds on the legacy of the Organisation for Rahyab Rehabilitation Services for the Blind, established in Afghanistan in 2008, continuing its mission to support individuals with visual impairments.
